Uraian Tugas
Media Relations & Events
- Build and maintain positive, mutually beneficial relations with media, government, and other public stakeholders
- Manage media engagement: arranging interviews, maintaining the media database, preparing briefs/story pitches, and creating press releases (including media kits)
- Monitor and analyze media coverage related to company activities, events, and announcements
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, serving as liaison with third-party vendors/partners
Social Media Management
- Collaborate with the Creative Production team to produce engaging social media content highlighting Agate’s branding, services, and products
- Monitor digital trends and audience engagement, providing reports and insights to evaluate communication effectiveness
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, while adapting to audience expectations
Corporate Relations
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that strengthen Agate’s industry presence
- Coordinate corporate merchandise and hampers requests by collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors
Syarat & Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, branding, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and storytelling ability
- Good understanding of media operations and social media platforms
- Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- High ownership, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
