Uraian Tugas
- Assist in monitoring and improving operational workflows and documenting standard procedures (SOPs)
- Help maintain schedules, manage resources and assets, and coordinate with teams for smooth communication and task allocation
- Support the preparation and organization of reports, operational documents, and financial processes like purchase orders and invoices
- Work closely with teams to support ongoing projects, meetings, and events, providing ad-hoc assistance as needed
- Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Work closely with supervisors and Studio Directors to make optimal decisions
Syarat & Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Genuine interest in learning about and contributing to operational management, with a strong desire to grow within the team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Intermediate to strong proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent written and spoken English with clear and effective communication skills
- Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to analyze data and reports
- Trustworthy, discerning, and careful with confidential information
- Flexible and capable of multitasking in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Has an interest in exploring technology updates and tools to support tasks
- Proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with a commitment to contributing positively to the team
- Willing to work in a hybrid environment in Bandung (3 days WFO & 2 days WFH)
